Worked hard for SDE2 at Amazon, sometime more than more than 12 hours/weekends, still was struggling for SDE2 promo expectation at Amazon, manager-peers everyone said I can not become SDE2 at Amazon(seeing my past as PA), peers laughed at me and made me feel I dont deseve it and manager demotivated me. Feels very happy that I left one toxic place. But ended up joining another. (Altough High TC is something motivated me).
