Recently gave interview for Tech lead position Health Edge. It was very depressing and frustrating.

Round 1: HM Round

The interview was scheduled for 1 hour but he kept on asking questions till 1.45 mins (Basically after learning that I am jobless and I have all the free time, extended by 45 mins). He tried to cover everything DSA, design patterns, java internals, spring boot, architecture, high level design, behavioural questions, absolutely everything mentioned on JD as if dogs are chasing him.

Round 2: Senior Engineer

Again this interview was scheduled for 1 hour and he extended by 30 mins. Questions and topics covered were similar to previous round. There seems to no standard interview format in this company and panel don't have any co-ordination between them. After interview he said he will give feedback. Panels generally don't give feedback but this guy I don't know why. I dont even want any feedback. For gods sake, let recruiter handle the feedback communication. He said you people switch jobs and think your knowledge will get transferred and you don't even know basics which we expect. All he wanted to covey was you are an idiot because you switch jobs and you don't know anything. I asked him which questions I did not answer he told me two questions I answered correctly.

Recruiter disappeared for one week saying your feedback is not good and we will let you know and came back and said they wanted to do one more round.

Round 3: Principal Engineer

This panel was good and ended interview in one hour. Asked good follow up questions on design extensibility. He gave me simple question to find bugs in code.

Round 4: Director Round

Again in this round he asked me everything which was there on JD and even though the competencies were tested in previous 3 rounds. There don't seem to any co-ordination and trust between senior employees in this company. This round was also supposed to be for 1 hour and he stretched till 1.20 mins.

After 1 week I got rejection saying your last round feedback is not good.

There is no standard split between 4 interviews. Everyone is asking everything and panels don't trust each other's feedback and want to evaluate everything on thier own except one panel.

Please stay away they treat candidates like garbage.
