I am from tier-1 NIT college and recently Nutanix has visited our campus for sde roles.Below is the detail about my process:-

• Online assessment - All students who were in circuital branch having CGPA of >= 8.0 were selected for it.
• Out of all eligible students 20 students were selected for first round of interview and I was one of them.
• First round was DSA round questions.They asked two DSA questions. One was literally hard and other is medium-hard level. I was able to solve the hard one with graph+DP concept. And able to solve medium-hard problem by taking some hints from interviewer.
• Result- Out of 20 only 10 were selected for the next round i.e Round 2.
• Round 2 was system design round.They asked me few concepts in system design like query optimization, Caching, Indexing, API's design,etc. and then give to design a system.
• They want to take 4 round but due to lack of time they announced the result on the basis of these 2 rounds only.
• Result [Rejected] -> Only 5 were selected for this and I was rejected. I don't how they selected. Both rounds were good for me.
  If you can guess how they were selected then you can give comments in this also.

According to me selection was on the basis of total score obtain by candidates from both rounds.
