Hi folks,

I received an official offer letter from Adobe for a CS2 / SDE-4 role. Here are the details:

Base ~ 46L
Stock ~ 30 L per year (140k USD across 4 years)
variable - 15 % of base
No joining bonus mentioned.

To be honest, the offer feels a bit underwhelming for the level and experience.
That said, I don’t have much leverage right now — I took a 6-month break and am now looking to join back.

Other companies in the pipeline: Amazon, Airbnb, Coupang, Agoda (Bangkok) — though they may take a while to close.

Would love input on:

• How to negotiate this offer without a competing one in hand
• How this offer compares for SDE-4 / ~9 YOE
