Timeline: The entire process took approximately 1.5 months.

Interview Rounds:

Karat Round Covered the same standard questions commonly discussed in other experiences. You’ll find similar ones shared online.

Coding Design Round Typical Atlassian-style design question—structured and well-defined. It was more like coding/algorithm with trie.

Algorithm/Coding Round Involved a challenging problem based on Trees or Graphs. Definitely on the tougher side.

System Design Round - A heavy-hitter(top k) where I had to walk through 3–4 different approaches to tackle the problem effectively.

Managerial Round Focused on STAR-based behavioral questions. The style and expectations were quite similar to Amazon's leadership principles.

Values Round Another STAR-based session with questions aligned to company values—again, felt a lot like Amazon’s leadership evaluation.

Outcome: HR mentioned that my performance was below expectations in the Managerial Round and average in the Coding Design Round.

It is not cleared what went wrong in manager round as interviwer once said star method answer not required, i can give answer in any format.
