Offered Amazon SDE 2 (L5) @ Hyderabad — Please Help with Compensation Expectations

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently been extended an offer for Amazon SDE 2 (L5) at Hyderabad, and I wanted to give back to the community by sharing my experience. I’d also appreciate your help in understanding how much I should expect or negotiate for, especially considering relocation.

📌 Current Compensation

• Years of Experience (YOE): 6
• Base: ₹42 LPA
• Bonus: ₹8 LPA
• Stocks/RSU: None
• Location: Bangalore

❓ What I'm Looking For

Given the relocation to Hyderabad, what would be a reasonable total compensation to expect or negotiate for an L5 SDE 2 role?
