Offer: Fractal Analytics

1. Grade 8
   Compensation: 25LPA + 3-4L Joining Bonus
   Location: Mumbai (Home) / Bangalore
   Promotion: Roughly in April 2027

2. Grade 7 (Senior role - usually given at 6+ years of experience)
   Compensation: 28-29LPA + 1-2L Joining Bonus
   Location: Bangalore
   Promotion: No Promotion for next 5years
