Hi Guys, I have been offered a backend development (SDE-1 : L3) role at Motive. I am bit confused whether the compensation is good enough or not. Dont have any idea regarding standard compensation at this company.

Current Comp:
• Total CTC: ₹17,40,000
• Base: ₹15,40,000
• 2 Lakhs Joining bonus
• Hyderabad (all 5 days WFO)

YOE : 1 year 11 months

Offer Proposed
• Total CTC: ₹26,84,015
• Base: ₹21,00,000
• RSUs: 3,500 (vested over 4 years, not a public company)
• Fully Remote

I didn't understand the RSU part. How can I get benefited when the company is not yet public?
