Application strategy:

  1. Optimize resume with certain keywords and impact numbers.
  2. Optimize LinkedIn profile. If someone post regarding job opening directly message them.
  3. Naukri profile - If possible, purchase premium, focus on keywords like Java, Spring boot, Data structure and algorithm, LLD, React, Distributed system, Microservices. Set location to Bengaluru/Hyderabad, NP 15 days or less.
  4. Apply using referral.

Most important - Keep track of your application where and when you are applying as most companies have cooldown period, If you want to apply again in short period of time then use different email. Applying repeatedly won't work waste of time.

The last 8–9 months have been really hectic for me, so I stopped interviewing with other companies.

Best of luck with your preparation!
