I have 5 years of experience and recently had Amazon SDE2 phone screen round, would like share my experience.
Preparation - Previously asked Amazon tagged questions in past 30 days(I did around 80 Questions).

I was asked one behavioural question with few followups and then jumped into the problem similar to this https://leetcode.com/problems/integer-to-english-words/description/.

I came up with an approach and starting writing the code and I realized its not going to work and then I took few more minutes and came up with another approach and Interviewer said that second approach is better and then I started writing code for the new approach and I got few hints as well. I was not able to come up with exact working solution but Interviewer was so kind and mentioned that my thought process was right and I was going in right direction.

Result - Qualified for loop interviews.

Few take aways - Its so important to think out loud and discuss your approach with your interviewer , its not only about solving the problem but the approach and your thought process matters a lot.

I have few questions related to behavioural questions, it would be so helpful if I can get some inputs here.

1. I have very few production issues which has big impact, I am so confused on how to come up with mutiple production issues which has higher impact.

2. How many stories should I be ready with for loop interview. Do you think 5 stories is a good number? and map them accordingly with leadership principles?
