Hi All, I have recieved 2 competitive offers from UKG and Optum for Senior software engineer position.

But I am confused between which one to choose in terms of good hikes, learning opportunities, stability and Good impact on my resume.

Offers compensation:
UKG offering 18.5L fixed + 1.5L yearly bonus + stocks + benefits = 25lpa
Optum offering 21 lpa fixed

Can someone please help me with deciding which one to choose.
