Hi all,

I’ve recently received a verbal offer for an E4 Android Developer position at Meta, based in San Francisco.
The total compensation is in the range of 260–270K, with a base salary of 160K, a 15% annual bonus, and the rest in RSUs.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Does this seem like a competitive offer for this level and location?

2. I currently live in a small town in Canada, and I’m a bit concerned about the cost of living in San Francisco.
   For those who’ve relocated recently, I’d really appreciate any insights on what to expect especially around housing, day-to-day expenses, and quality of life.
