I am having offer at Zeta mumbai location and Paytm Noida location for SDE-I. I am 2024 passout.

Zeta:
Compensation: Base-17L + joining bonus-2L + esops -4L (across 4 year).

PayTm:
Compensation: Base -16L

I live in Delhi so I was wondering which offer would be better for me in terms of learning opportunities , work culture or work life balance and which company will provide better stability.

I'd truly appreciate any suggestions you might have.
