Current CTC - 40 ( 32 base + 8 fixed )
Offer - 55 (41 base + 10 fixed bonus + 4 joining bonus)

Confused if i should take this . Kotak has a 3 month notice period and dont know if the company reputation is good among hiring managers and recruiters . Switching from Kotak might be very difficult .

Need help in deciding .
