I'm trying to decide between two offers and would appreciate some advice.
While the first-year CTC is almost the same, at Microsoft, the second-year CTC drops because the joining bonus is only for the first year.
Also, Amazon’s CTC is almost full in cash for the first two years, which I find very attractive.
However, I'm concerned about the work-life balance at Amazon, given all the negative things we've heard about it.
