Title/Level: SWE-III | L4 (Equivalant to SDE-2 in the industry)
Location: Bangalore, India

Base Salary: 39.xL INR
Target Bonus: 6L (15% of Base Salary)
PF + Gratuity: 3L INR
Signing Bonus: 0 (Can opt for it by letting go of equivalent stock)
Stock: 112k USD for 4 years (Distirbution: 38%, 32%, 20%, 10%)
Relocation Bonus: Not sure (mostly on actuals)

Total comp (1st year): 39 + 6 + 3 + 36 = 84L

I had one "competing" offer with 36L base + 10L fixed annual bonus.
Current TC: 29L base + 6L bonus
