Freshworks Offer :
Role : Senior Software Engineer.
CTC : 27 LPA (All Fixed).

RSU's : No RSU's.
Both the roles are backend-focused and follow a hybrid work model. However, PayPal is offering more in terms of equity, which adds long-term value, while Freshworks offers a fixed compensation without any equity component.
Given the scope for growth, added responsibilities, and long-term benefits, I believe it is more sensible to go ahead with PayPal!!!
