Need help in negotiating this offer, Feels little low based on interview experience which went solid hire calls in all round.

Education: Bachelors from Tier 2/3 College (not sure some state govt college)
Years of Experience: 6 years
Prior Experience: MAANG (6 years)
Current CTC: 80L (63L base)

Company: Google
Title/Level: L5
Date of the Offer: Verbal Offer
Location: Bangalore

Base Salary: 60L
Bonus: 15%
Relocation: some standard value
RSU: $175k ball park ( 4 years with standard vesting schedule )
Benefits: Standard Google benefits

CTC: 1.25~1.3 Cr (1st year)
