Hi, I have my second round of interview with IBM for the Bangalore location.

• Could you please suggest what kind of questions are typically asked in the second round?

• They are offering a fixed CTC of ₹15 LPA (including PF and gratuity), along with a performance-based bonus component.

• Currently, I’m drawing an in-hand salary of ₹10.24 LPA in Noida. I’d like to understand if it’s worth relocating to Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) for this opportunity, considering the cost of living, office culture, and work environment.
