Hello everyone,

I have interviewed for tekion and got the offer.

Could you guys help to figure out the things:

Year of exp: 1.5Yr

Current

Mode: Remote
Compensation: 19 Lacs (18 base + 5% bonus) + PF + allowance = 20 lacs + stocks

Offer from Tekion:

5 days WFO
location: BLR
Base: 24 Lacs (included all base, allowanec, PF)
Stocks: 4000 Units
Relocation + joining = 2 Lacs

Tekion denied to negotiate on offer and said that's their final offer. I have a feeling that I shouldn't take this offer. Wanted to know you opinions.
