Round 1 :

DSA + 2 LP

Given an input string , contruct a new string such that no two adjacent letters are same . If its not possible return empty string .

Some leadership principles . And after that discussed about the work he is doing and given the feedback for me .

Round 2 :

DSA + 2LP

DSA -
Let us consider a parcel service X which stores its parcel in a warehouse.
The company has found that it takes a lot of time to load the parcels onto the truck if there are gaps between
the parcels and hence wants to group them together. Help company X to find the minimum number of moves to group the parcels together.
Here ‘P’ denotes a parcel and ‘_’ denotes an empty slot.

Eg: [P, _ , P, _ , P] Moves = 1
[P, _, P, _, _, P, P] Ans = 2
[P, _, _, _, _] Ans = 0

2 LP

-> Out of your own interest what you had done to improve the customer experience .( He is very keen to understand the whole story )
-> Have you faced any situtaion where the customer comes with technically infeasable requirement and how you handled that.

Both the interviewers were happy . In the second round he told HR might call back for the next round (without asking he told).

Cool guys . Its just a contract role . So I believe the hiring bar would be low .I know they will not make the contract roles as permanent. I have given the interview for Amazon for full time role before 2 months back . But didn't qualified .

I didn't get any followup till now .

Yesterday I got a call from recruiter . She said I didn't perform well on both LP and coding .She asked me to prepare very well on both coding and LP . And scheduled a final HM round today at 10 AM . This round was only focussed on the LP only .

HR confirmed that I cleared the interviews and asked the documents . But I am not interested to join the contract role .
