I recently went through the interview process for Software Engineer (L3) role, and the recruiter reached out to me with the following feedback:

Phone Screen - SH

Onsites:
TR1 - H
TR2 - LH (Just Cleared, it didn’t go that well)
TR3 - SH
Googliness - NH/LNH (All answers were provided in one way only,Interviewer didn't agree with my answer, mostly NH)
They mentioned that they try to match candidates with a team. Does this mean I still have a chance for an offer, or is this likely a rejection? Would love to hear insights from anyone who has been in a similar situation!
