Recently interviewed for Gojek for Comms team. Here is my interview experience.

Years of Experience: ~3.5
Current Company: popular fintech startup
How did I apply? careers portal
Location: BLR, India

Round 0: Recruiter screening
very basic questions on compensation, why switching, what am I looking for in the next company, notice period

Round 1: LLD
They share a codebase with you with unimplemented features and missing test cases. You need to implement them in 90 minutes.

Round 2: Technical Communication
Deep dive on projects, tech stack, choices, etc

Round 3: Bar raiser - HM
Behavioural round. Mine was 75% technical. This round was one of the insightful rounds for me tbh.

Verdict: Received confirmation from recruiter that they are extending an offer.

Also, they have SSE band of 4+ considering I have almost 3.5 yoe should I take this offer or not?

Update: Recruiter told me they are not extending an offer (after sending congratulations email, taking payslips, compensation letters) because my career aspirations and whatever they are looking for do not match.

Feeling defeated.
