Update Mar 2025: I got another offer(week before my joining date) of 50+ lpa(38 base, ~15lpa stocks) per year. Then I negotiated with Flipkart and they were ready to match their (base+bonus) to 38 and stocks they were providing ~24 lakhs vested equally over 4 years. Thus making total of (34 base + 10% perf bonus + ~6 lakhs of stocks) making it arround 43-44 LPA.

Finally, I silently rejected(ghoseted) Flipkart's offer
