I have recently given my interview at Google for L4 position with rounds including 3 DSA rounds and 1 Googlyness and Leadership round.\n\nAfter the first 3 DSA round my recuriter has given the feedback as all the 3 rounds went **perfectly fine** and then scheduled the last Googlyness and Leadership. These are my ratings for each round (my assumptions)\n\nRound 1: Hire\nRound 2: Strong Hire\nRound 3: Hire/Strong Hire\nRound 4: Hire/Lean Hire\n\nI feel that my last Googlyness and Leadership round didn\'t went very well. I was able to answer all the questions but it felt that the interviewer was not very satisfied, even I messed up giving answers to some questions.\n\nWhat are my changes of getting offer? It\'s already been 10 days when my last round happened, I mailed recuiter asking for feedback, he said that the hiring manager has not shared the feedback with him yet.\nAlso, how much time Google takes after last round to release an offer/send rejection mail.\n\nIt will be really helpful if leetcode community can comment on above questions. \nThanks in Advance!
