I have recently interviewed at Atlassian for the role of P40. Technical rounds went really well - received a strong hire in all the technical rounds.

But managerial and values rounds feedback seems to be mixed. What are the chances that I get into Atlassian?
How long does it take for a hiring committee to finalise the decision?
When does a hiring committee at Atlassian reject a candidate?
Do I get a chance to challenge the feedback given for any round and retake the interview?
Are areas of improvement considered as negatives?
