For a software engineer with 2.5 yrs experience what should be the minimum base pay and total ctc to ask at product companies like Google, Microsoft, Atlassian, Salesforce.? Like SDE 2 position with L3 grade.

They will offer atleast 22-25 Base right.. When asked by the recruiter whats the min to say their expectation? Because i see in YT that they are getting around 60-65 lakhs as CTC. But recruiters in these companies are not even offering around 50 CTC with stocks for 4 yrs is not possible.
