Doubts/concers :

1. I dont have any good brand name in my resume , does paypal or agoda which one has good brand value?
2. I thnk Savings will be pretty much same or more in agoda , quality of life might also be better and good places to explore there but not sure about culture wlb and growth or brand value?
3. Does having Bangkok location make any impact in good brand value in resume?
4. I'm bachelor right now - but to be married Dec 2025 - i only play to stay 1-3 years at max, how difficult will it be for spouse to get a job in bangkok (my fiance is an MBA fiannce in Big 4)?
5. I'm inclined towords agoda but not sure if once i am in thailand, say after 2 years - will it be easy to switch to another company back to india( as recruiters see bangkok rather then say banglore or they see an international number rather than an indian number and will straight away discard it?)
6. Does agoda do internal transfers(bangkok to india offices(gurgaon)

Which company should be considered? What are your thoughts? If anyone can answer above doubts - it will be greatly appreciated

UPDATE :
Have accepted agoda and will reject paypal today.
main resson : agoda has job security with great culture and wlb and is kinda stable .( pay and savings will be kinda same considering hogh living expenses and low taxes which should cancel each other out) as compared to most product based companies or paypal(who had layoffs beginning of this year)
