Onsite Interviews:

Round 1 (Techincal) : Lean Hire/Hire
Round 2 (Technical) : Lean Hire
Round 3 (Googlyness) : Lean Hire
Round 4 (Techincal) : Strong Hire

Based on the feedback, what are my chances of moving forward?
