I recently completed my Google onsite interviews (L3 : SWE 2) and now awaiting feedback from the recruiter.

Here are the ratings as per my own assumption:

Phone Screen: Hire

Onsite Interviews:

Round 1 (Techincal) : Hire/Strong Hire
Round 2 (Technical) : Strong Hire
Round 3 (Googlyness) : Strong Hire
Round 4 (Techincal) : Lean No Hire / Lean Hire

Based on my feedback, what are my chances of moving forward?
