Hi everyone,
I recently got selected for Accenture's summer internship program for 2025, and I wanted to share my interview experience to help those preparing for similar opportunities. The selection process had four stages, and here’s a breakdown of each:
Duration: 90 minutes
Format: 90 MCQs
Topics Covered:
English ability (grammar, comprehension)
Critical thinking
Abstract reasoning
Basic MS Office skills
Network security
Tip: Time management is crucial. Make sure to practice aptitude questions regularly, especially those related to reasoning and verbal ability.
Duration: 45-60 minutes
Questions: 2 questions, easy to medium difficulty (similar to LeetCode).
Topics: Arrays, strings, dynamic programming, and basic data structures.
Tip: Focus on problem-solving patterns, especially from platforms like LeetCode. The problems weren't too tough, but understanding optimal solutions can help save time.
This round tested my listening and speaking skills. It felt like an automated assessment where I had to listen to audio clips and respond accordingly.
Tip: Practice speaking clearly and concisely. Listening exercises and practicing mock interviews might help here.
Format: Technical + HR
Focus Areas:
Discussion of my projects (I talked about my text summarizer and other web-based projects).
General HR questions (strengths, weaknesses, etc.).
Tip: Be thorough with the projects you've worked on. They asked about the tech stack, challenges faced, and improvements made. For HR questions, just be honest and confident.
Overall, it was a smooth experience, and preparation on platforms like LeetCode and GFG really helped me. I hope this gives you some insight into the process. Good luck to everyone preparing!
