Base Salary : £63,000 per annum
Sign-On Bonus :

• £17,000 (Year 1)
• £15,000 (Year 2)

Stocks (RSUs) : USD75,000 = ~£53,500 (vested over 4 years).

• Vesting Schedule: 5% after Year 1, 15% after Year 2, and 20% every six months thereafter until fully vested.

Relocation Bonus : $9,000 or ~£6,800
Total Compensation : ~~£160,000 (£63K base + £17K sign-on + £15K second-year bonus + £53.5K RSUs + £6.8K relocation)

1st Year Compensation : ~~£90,000 (Base: £63K + Sign-on Bonus: £17K + RSUs: 5%: ~£2,675 + Relocation Bonus: £6.8K)
