I wanted to know from L5/L6 Googlers in India that what should I expect?\nI had -\n3 coding rounds: H, H, LNH\nSystem Design: LH\nG&L: LH\n\nNormally, this would be a straight up reject or L4 position. But the thing is my system design round question wasn\'t standard. I was asked Data Privacy and security (DDOS attacks prevention on my Rate Limiter), not a standard SD question. I know that data privacy is a staff engineer question and the recruiter also confirmed it when we talked later. Recruiter also mentioned there\'s nothing negative mentioned in the detailed feedback. I don\'t know what to expect.\n\nMy G&L round was apparently not a standard interview either. I had 5 questions, none can be found online or anywhere. And as per recruiter, the questions were very hard and I missed 2 of the 8 signals he was allegedly looking.\n\nI am mostly pissed off about the SD round though. I basically got a Lean Hire for Staff role while appearing for Senior (not my words, btw). What should I expect? Not very hopeful. Also, not very keen on re-interviewing from start now. This was my first and only attempt.
