I have 5 years experience and had attended Google L4 interview. Got feedbacks like
Round 1: H
Round 2: NH
Round 2 (reattempt): LH
Round 3: LH
Round 4(googliness): H

I had 3 fit calls after a week, 2 weeks and a month. But couldn't fit to any team.
The last fit call was 2 months ago. There has been no other fit call.
When I called recruiter last week, my profile is still active it seems but no progress.

I need someone to tell me the following:

1. What are the chances now?
2. What can I do from my end to not lose this opportunity?
3. Any suggestions about what can I communicate to the recruiter at this stage to benefit better?

Anyone experienced this? your suggestions are most welcome.

Major Update: My candidature is closed. Although my profile is overall a HIRE, HC rejected by looking at the detailed feedback.
My first take - doesn't matter you solved the code even in optimal way, there are so many feedback ratings in detail. You would be screened at different aspects (eg., even if you took a hint to solve a problem, that feedback will be evaluated too) and will be rejected.

second take - don't risk declining any other offer until you passed HC stage of google. as described in take 1, overall HIRE feedback isn't enough, you can still be rejected.

third take - when you interview with Google, also interview with other companies. Don't trust Google interview process be completed early. TM Round is highly unpredictable.

I am sharing this with you so that whoever has interview with Google, atleast you will be prepared with these details which I was not aware totally before. My piece of advice is - try to perform in a proper way without ignoring any minute detail. Practicing in a mock environment should work.
