Finished the virtual onsite for MLE E4 position

Onsite Interview:

Round 1: Coding

Question 1: BFS on Binary Tree (Medium) - I proposed and implemented the optimal solution to the interviewer and he was satisfied by the solution. Gave the right T/S complexities.

Question 2: Question related to removing a node from a Linkedlist (Medium) - Again, proposed and implemented the optimal solution. Gave the right T/S complexities.

Round 2: Coding

Question 1: Dot product for sparse vectors (Medium) - Proposed the two pointers approach and implemented it. The interviewer then asked for the hashmap solution which I coded. Again, gave the right T/S complexities.

Question 2: Heap based exercice (Medium) - Asked to provide the K-closest points to a given point. Easily implemented the requested heap solution. Gave the right T/S complexities.

Round 3: Behavioral

Classical questions - The interviewer was very nice, I think that I did very well during this interview

Round 4: ML system design

Design a "People You May Know" service - I think I did well, but it was hard to tell what the interviewer was thinking because he was not engaging that much in the discussion.

I received an email from the recruiter more than 14 business days after my interview, letting me know that I wasn't selected for the position. It's hard to receive such a rejection after months of hard work, especially without any feedback... Still want to thank the Leetcode community since it helped me a lot through the interview prep.
