It was an in-person hiring drive, all rounds of interview were conducted in a single day. I got in via a referral.

Design LLD for Employee Roaster management system - usecase similar to Pagerduty. Verdict: Strong Hire
Round-3: Duration: 1hr30mins | Whiteboard | In-person
1. Explain CAP theorem
2. Given a particular data set, what are the parameters you would consider to decide which DB to use, the options I had were SQL, Mongo, Cassandra, if the answer was Cassandra, interviewer wanted me to justifyI was exhausted by that time and 3rd round was more of a stress interview with all concepts getting covered with lot of context switching. I fumbled in the LLD question, but was able to justify my choices for System design questions.
Verdict: Neutral
No HIRE call on the day of drive, a week later recruiter scheduled a hiring manager round.
Round-4: Hiring manager + HLD | Duration 1hr | Virtual
In the initial 30 minutes of the interview, the interviewer delved into my current company’s system design. They expected me to sketch it out on a Google whiteboard.
Next 30 minutes, the discussion was around how would I design a distributed logging system and connect it to the above design.
Verdict: Strong Hire
