Status: Fresher from Tier-1 college.
Offer: 6 month + FTE (On-Campus)
Compensation: 45k (6 months stipend), 34L CTC (20 LPA base)

The hiring process consist of 3 rounds.

Round-1: Online Assessment
3 questions were asked in this round. Every student had different set of questions. 35 students shortlisted in this round.
First two questions were easy-medium, one of sliding window and one of DP (knapsack variation).
Third question was hard. Most probably, it can be solved using meet in the middle.
I had passed all the testcases in first two questions and passed 12/15 testcases in last question.
Takeaway: Leetcode questions are enough for coding rounds.

Round-2: Interview R1 (LLD Round)
He asked me to design a cab booking application with the functionalities like add driver, add rider, update location, find ride, book ride, calculate bill, etc. They were testing OOPs skills in this round. They were not expecting any kind of use of design patterns here.
Takeaway: No need to learn LLD design patterns for fresher role. Learn OOPs concepts thoroughly.

Round-3: Interview R2 (Hiring Managerial Round)
This round revolved around each and every line written in the resume. He asked me questions on each and every keyword written in the resume. He also asked some situation based questions. He asked me about my interest then asked questions related to it as well.
Takeaway: Don't claim anything that you have not done in resume. Give all the answers confidently.

Only 5 students got selected. And, I was one of them.
