I have completed my onsites for google and these are my feedbacks. I had a telephonic round before my onsites.
Location is India

Round 1: Hire
Round 2: Strong Hire
Round 3 (Googlyness): Strong Hire
Round 4: Lean No Hire / No Hire

I am okay with downlevel to L3. What are my chances?
