so recently went through Innovaccer Interview process for SDE-1 role
there were totally 3 rounds

Round-1: DSA - In this round they asked me two LC Hard problem
1-Longest valid Parenthesis
2-Maximum Path sum in a Binary Tree
cleared first round

Round-2: In this round they Asked me to design a Task entity in which properties like Title Priority etc and have to implement some features like most priority Task Create Task Due date etc .basically it was a low level design round (cleared 2nd round )

Round-3: They asked me to come their Noida office for the interview. They asked me Architecture of Backend and it is working like how database connected and Radis JWT etc. then asked about kubernetes like HPA,Ingress controller,Its feature. then asked Docker like write docker file then use of docker then docker inside a docker . then asked about DBMS like Indexing ,B/B+Trees,some mysql queries and inner join left join etc.then asked some questions from my projects.(cleared this round) .

then HR came and taking some information like any offer holding etc HR behaviour was very bad. then I asked for compensation she offering 12LPA but I was asking 14LPA she was very rude and said if you don't accept I will give it some other candidate then she said if you tommorrow itself then this is the offer Otherwise sorry Later I accepted the offer but next day when I called HR regarding offer letter she was saying we can not proceed with your candidature because your behaviour regarding negotaion is not good .

Note : I already working in MNC but the package is 10LPA but benfits are great like Cab,Food,Gym cult fit,Consultation with doctor free,5LPA insurance, Hybrid work (3 wfh,2wfo) ,also great Leave policy.

Suggestions to others: I have heard that the wokr culture is not good at innovaccer also there is a lot politics in this company . also they can revoke offer any time . so proceed with them only if you dont have any offer in hadn.
