Hello,\nI recently gave microsoft interview on june\nHere are my experience.\nRound 1-OA\nAfter this recruiter called and scheduled 3 rounds on one day,followed by subsequent round(AA)\nRound 2-Majority Element 2\n\t\t\t\tLongest palindromic substring.\n\t\t\t\t\nRound 3- Tiny url shortening(HLD)\nRound 4-  LLD of elevator design\n\t\t\t\t  Isomorphic strings(leetcode easy) but has to handle lots of edge cases\nRound 5(AA)- Happened next day. Recruiter told that HM is not available that day.So,I was asked  to take up the callnext day.\n\t\t\t\t\t\tWe discussed any one of the microsoft feature in depth. He asked me some design patterns. Everything on my resume.And that\'s all.\nAfter 5 days Recruiter called me and told that I am selected.However it has taken 21 days to get the offer letter from verbal offer. This is may be due to fiscal year ending.\n\n\nCompensation-\nPosition offered -L60\nBase salary-22 lakhs PA\nRelocation-383000\nStock bonus- \xA060k USD Divided in 4 years(25./. on every year,stocks granted . For first year you would get after completion of that year. and then monthly wise)\n\nBonus-20./. of the base\n\nTotal compensation ist year- 22+13+2.2+3.8=41 LPA\n\n#Bill gates ka jai ho.
