This is my experience with SAP, Python/GoLang Dev. Applied in April, recruiter screen happened in May and first round was in June (slow process overall until interviews)

  • R1 - DSA (Online - 1hr)
Mainly focused on implementation, provided a swagger documentation and had to do some fetch and filter operation on REST APIs, expected working code.

  • R2 - Design (Online - 1hr)
Design CI/CD pipeline like Jenkins with some scaling conditions.

  • R3 - Manager Round (In Person at the Bengaluru Office - 1hr)
Basic questions on resume, some template questions on how to handle this scenario, etc.

  • R4 - PM Meeting (Online - 30 mins)
A small meet with the Program Manager, revolved around tech + SAP culture.

  • R5 - HR (Online - 30 mins)
Weird-ish conversation, HR didn't even know what GoLang meant and she was raving about being "relevant" in my field. Didn't even switch on camera and came 10 mins late.

TA collected payslips on the day of HR round, but it's been over 2 weeks now, doesn't answer calls or messages.

This ghosting culture is getting out of hand. At least for courtesy they need to send a mail/message on status. I used to think if payslips is sent, it is a done deal, but I guess the market is way too toxic now.
