I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out for some career advice as I'm planning to switch jobs and would love your input and suggestions.

I have close to 3 years of experience in the IT industry. I started my career with Infosys as a Specialist Programmer, and my current CTC is 10.4 LPA. My tech stack primarily includes Java Spring Boot. I'm looking to switch to a company that offers a higher package and asks easy to medium level DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) questions during the interview process.

Could you please suggest some companies that match this criteria? Additionally, any tips on how to prepare effectively for the interviews and improve my chances of landing a higher package would be greatly appreciated.
