Hello All, I hope you guys are doing great. Below is my interview experience for swiggy.
I applied through referral in the end of november for aSDE role at swiggy.
After almost 3 weeks (on 6th December) I received an email asking me to fill out a form with basic details such as resume, college, CPI etc.
After around 2 weeks (on 19th December) I received another email stating that my resume was selected and they will be moving forward. Post which (on same day) i received another email, this was for a hackerrank test.
It contained,
I was able to solve all these in 30 - 40 mins.
After another week, i received another mail stating that i will be moving forward to round - 1 of interview. Which was to complete a assignment.
The assignment was based on low level design. I had to design a playing arena in which two players can fight based on the given logic.
I was supposed to use only Java / NodeJS / Go in this project.
I completed this within a day and sent them this assignment. I did it using Java + Maven. I was personally very happy with the code i wrote.
Now it's been almost 2 weeks but have not received any further communications from them yet. I was really looking forward to this opportunity. (I will update if i receive another round link or rejection mail)
DO LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ALSO APPEARED FOR SWIGGY INTERVIEW FOR SAME POSITION, AND IF YOU HAVE RECEIVE ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION.
P.S.: I received a call from HR today, they wanted to move forward but to my surprise the role was not Full Time. It was a 3 months internship and then chance of conversion to full time. Which was nowhere mentioned in the job description. A company like swiggy should not be going around wasting candidates time.
HR called and said that my last round went good and was asking if i wanted to move forward. She also asked about my current CTC and organization. After that she told me about the role.
She was offering 8CTC for the internship. (not sure but i think she meant 8LPA for 12 months so for 3 months 2LPA). If anyone gets call please mention the CTC
