Off-Campus Drive for SDE1 - Flipkart

Pre-screening Round 1 (1 hour) - Problem Solving/Data Structures
There were 2 interviewers. They first introduced themselves and asked me to introduce myself.

Round Overview:

1. LeetCode Problem: Jump Game II (Expected Time Complexity: O(n))

2. LeetCode Problem: Put Marbles in a Bag

Pre-screening Round 2 (45 minutes) - Problem Solving/Data Structures
The interviewer introduced himself and asked me to introduce myself.

1. You have N computers numbered from 1 to N. Some computers are connected in the form of an array connections, where connections[i] = [u, v] represents an undirected edge from node u to node v. You need to solve q queries. Queries are given in the form of an array queries, where each query is [u, v]. For each query, determine if you can reach v from u or vice versa, and output true or false accordingly.

2. LeetCode Problem: Binary Tree Maximum Path Sum

Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes)

1. Questions on Computer Networking topics, including the OSI Model and Network Layer.
2. Inquiries about my Internship Experience, with a focus on API calls (GET and POST methods) as mentioned in my internship.
3. Why Flipkart? What motivated you to choose this company?
4. Discuss your strengths and weaknesses.
5. Addressing the transition from your previous venture with your father's business to your current path. Explain why you decided to pursue an SDE role after a period of uncertainty (2 months) .
