Standard Charted | SDE | On Campus| August 2023 |Bangalore

Appearing in standard charted placement processes was a very good experience for me. There were three online rounds, and then after qualifying all three, three offline rounds were waiting for me.
The first round was based on pymetric games, while the second online round was a situation-based round. From here on out of 800 students 350+ were selected for the next round.
The next and third online round was the coding round. Here, two questions were given on the HackerRank platform in 90 mints, based on a non-linear data structure. After qualifying all three online rounds, within a week I got an email for the next offline technical interview. Only 18 were selected for the next round.
Offline technical rounds were taken in cabin, interviewer was very polite and supportive. As it was my first ever interview, I was very nervous. He offered me water and gave me a little intro about himself. After this, the interview started, and a few basic questions like string permutation and questions related to linked lists and machine learning (as they were in my resume) were asked by him including concept of OOPs with code.
After qualifying in this round, next was the project round. The whole project was asked about in depth, along with the technologies used in it.After the project round, including me, 10 students were selected for the HR round, which was final.
HR was so polite and gave me total comfort. She asked many questions related to family background, life experience, and all that.
On the very next day, the result was declared, and although I was not selected, they hired a total of six students.
