Round 1 - Coding Evaluation - Scheduled for 1 hour but it ends up in 2 hours

3. Climbing Stairs - https://leetcode.com/problems/climbing-stairs/
4. Print 1 to 20 on 2 different threads synchronously

Was able to solve first 3, tried 4th one but was not able to solve it.

Round 2 - System Design - 1 hour

• Design food delivery app like Zomato, Swiggy
  1. User able to login using mobile number and OTP
  2. Search nearby restaurants and filter them
  3. Place and cancel order
  4. Able to track the delivery partner real time
  5. Get notified on signup, order accepted, order picked for delivery, OTP
• Explain HLD + Schema Design + API structure and signature

Able to touch all the parts of the requirments, feedback - Expected more from SSE position but candidate can learn

Round 3 - Technical Fitment

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Tell me your day to day work
3. Your team structure and whom you report
4. How does development work come to you? Via manager or product?
5. Are you involved in architectural decisions? Do you take part in system design?
6. If there’s a dependency of a team and they want you to make changes on a priority but you are stuck with other priority work, how would you resolve this issue?
7. How you resolve conflicts with multiple stakeholders
8. What are the process you follow when you get a bug, explain in detail
9. If you can not deliver a particular feature in a current sprint but the product wants it to be delivered in the current sprint only, how would you solve it?
10. Explain microservices
11. Explain the deployment process you follow at your current organization
