Round1 - Problem Solving:
Interview was a mix of Javascript questions and problem solving
- Questions where asked on currying
- Output based questions on Promises
- Polyfill of few functions
- Internal working of Javascript
Answered all the questions comfortably and got selected for next round
Round 2 - Machine Coding(React JS)
The interviewer was friendly , made me comfortable and after that provided me with the question.
- Due to NDA I am not diclosing it . If you have solved questions like Memory Game, this will be easier to implement.I completed the above question in around 15 - 20 minutes.
- Few questions were asked on the code for the above question.
- Next he proceeded to ask my thoughts on how I would design a type ahead search. I said it would be good to use Debouncing and previous network query cancelation for optimisation. Interviewer also suggested caching(No coding).
This interview also went pretty good. Cleared this round comfortably as well.
Round 3 - HM
This round was hiring manager round. No technical questions were asked. All were behavioural questions.
After 2 weeks got verdict that I am selected.
