Round 1: Machine Coding

This was a take home assignment was give 24 hrs for completion. Design distributed and concurrent messaging queue. There were 8-10 requirements mentioned.
After this there was 1 hr assignment evalutation after 2 days where we discussed on the implementation, corner cases, enhancements and optimizations in current implementation.

Result: Positive

Round 2: HLD (1hr)

Started with 20min discussion on current project and architecture, followed by an design question for 40 min
Design job scheduller.

Result: Positive

Round 3: PS/DS (1hr)

Started again with discussion on current project and architecture, followed by one DS/Algo question.

Round 4: HM (1hr)

Again started with deepdivein on current project, team, roles and responsibilities(20 min). Then was asked to design search bar for phonepe app, was expected to come up with requirement and hld followed by db and api design(30min). Next was some behavioural questions mostly on how to do project estimations.(10 min)

Result: Positive

Round 5: Generic discussion(45 min)

I was informed that this is going to be general discussion on the roles, responsibilities and job location but turned out to be similar to that of HM round. Many behavioural questions and one HLD question to design user resgistration service followed up by project estimation questions.

Result: Positive
