Bloomberg SWE intern consists of 4 rounds, phone screen and 3 virtual onite. Orginally I have scheduled my virtual onsite on mid of December. I have managed to pass the first 2 DSA rounds. But on that day, the recruiter told me they can't schedule me for the 3rd system design round due to 'scheduling reasons'. The recruiter told me slots are full and due to holiday season the next available slot is in january. I was asked to provide my availability. However, they ghosted me for almost 3 weeks after I provided my availability. I have followed up with the recruiter politely 3 times through email (follow up once per week) and I receive no reponse. They can't even manage to send a rejection email to tell the candidates about whether the position is filled or not. A total waste of time. This also shows that the company have no respect for their candidates.
