In today\'s scenario where F2F rounds are obsolete these people are having F2F for senior positions.\nIt was supposed to be a discussion with CTO. It was 80% of him telling me about spinny, their products, team size and other stuff like what they done, achieved blah blah. To be honest within15 minutes i realised i made a mistake by going there.\nIn last 15 minutes he asked me about hardest problem i have solved, where i have realised i did something awesome which nobody has achieved. I mean seriously. What kind of question is this. Never in my life i have asked such rubbish question in any interview. It was supposed to be a 2 hours discussion with CTO, as my calender was blocked for 2 hours only. After complete 2 hours discussion when i thought it\'s finally over, the VP came and started a BarRaisr LLD round. I can\'t even express how i felt at that time. These people can\'t judge a person in 3 rounds and now an LLD round will decide my Fate \uD83E\uDD26\uD83C\uDFFB\u200D\u2642\uFE0F\n\n```\nLLD - VP opend one of spinny\'s website page\nDesign a test drive car booking system, with given complexities\n1) Their are cars & drivers and user can book a car within time slots i.e 1-2pm, 2-3pm etc. Time slots can be greyed out as the car can be booked by other users for a given time slot.\n2) Once a car is booked then a driver will be assigned to it and that driver will be booked for 3 hours, a time slot before and after the booked time slot.\ne.g if i booked a car for 2-3pm then that driver will be booked for 1-2pm as driver will drive to users house, the given time slot 2-3pm and time slot 3-4pm to return to the HUB.\n```\n\n\nHe told we will discuss for only 30 minutes. Honestly i gave him the ideal solution but he refused to accept it, saying this will fail eventually. I mean seriously. What do you expect in 30 minutes? If they want to test LLD then they can have a separate round, why would i take the pain to meet them F2F.\n\nAlso their HR are worthless, you have to literally run after them. They don\'t even bother to respond you. All my emails were unanswered and the HR used to cut my call everytime. **Anyway a total waste of time, don\'t even consider. My honest opinion.**\n
